Hmm, a self-summary, these are always so hard to write. I guess the easiest way to start it off is to say that I am a college student through Penn State University. First off, I had an account here before, but for some unknown reason I decided to nuke it. I'm a 24 year old man who lives in Altoona. I'm proud to call this city my home and am involved in a revitalization effort for the downtown.

I'm one of the few that not only enjoys being outdoors sometimes, but I actually like doing hard manual labor work from time to time, since it's the most effective way to build and maintain strength there is. I may be a bit of an intellectual, but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy rolling up my sleeves and doing some good old fashioned hard work. Especially in the winter, I love the cold and snow. I'd move to Fairbanks, Alaska, except that it'd be too far from my family.

One thing I've taken a bit of an interest in lately is a language called Frisian, which is very similar to English. I put my three description words in Frisian, the first one should be obvious, the second means a musician, and the third means friendly. For an example of how similar they are, look at this example paragraph:

Likely the only words you need translated are tsiis (cheese, Frisian uses "ts" instead of "ch"), bij (bee), eazet (pouring rain), and finster (window).

I am never boring and I have a humorous and goofy side. I pay attention and listen very well to people and especially to my significant other. I've matured at a very young age and will never change that. I also go by the golden rule that was built into me. Treat people how you want to be treated. It's a simple thing to follow. It is so very hard to paint a picture of ones soul, so others can see who you are. I currently live with my best friends sister in the top apartment of her duplex. She is pregnant so we gave her a place to live. I have a full-time job to pay my own bills. Unfortunately i do not have a car but i do not rely on others for transportation. I either walk, or ride my bicycle to and from work everyday. (Hey i would rather do that then be lazy and rely on others to get me to and from work.) Everything that I have, it aint much, I have worked hard for. Even if it takes working from 9 in the morning to 11 at night.

My likes and dislikes vary. I don't fit in to any scene because I don't feel I should have to. My sexual preference is just that, a sexual preference... it's not a lifestyle. I like preppy/jock type guys. I also like guys that are kind of dorky. You don't have to have a ripped body to be hot. Just be cute and that's a good start. I don't really go for guys with a lot of tats (a few are cool) or a guy with a ton of metal attached to his body. If a manget can rip your body/face apart, I'm probably not going to get into you. I prefer masculine guys but I have been attracted to and dated guys that have been a little more feminine than I ever thought I would like. Race and color are definitely not an issue. I tend to like guys younger than myself, but I know guys that are 40 that look better than I do. But if you're anywhere close to my father's age, I probably won't be into you. As for everything else-- I love PSU and Pittsburgh Steelers football. If you can't deal with a guy that yells at the TV (like it makes a difference in the game anyway) then you probably won't like me...haha. I love watching sports in general. I would much rather catch a football game than Desperate Housewives ( I'll buy the DVDs). As for music, my tastes range from ABBA and Madonna to everything but country, hard core rap, and cheesey 1980's big hair rock. Movies, my all-time faves are The Matrix and Pleasantville. I love Harry Potter, too, although I have heard the books are much better. I would also recommend the Chronicles of Narnia... yeah I'm a dork like that. I'm a honest, easy goin guy who is basically looking for the same kind of girl.
